“The chief danger that confronts the coming century will be religion without the Holy Ghost, Christianity without Christ, forgiveness without repentance, salvation without regeneration, politics without God, heaven without hell.”
― William Booth.
Mr Booth's perception was certainly spot on.... However; the majority today, even those in the churches do not see nor can they hear the call to come out of Babylon. The spirit of Antichrist has permeated church and state alike. This of course was foretold by Apostle John 1JN 2:18 with whom Booth concurred.
The people of this present generation dwell in a delusion (the false light of Lucifer) believing that all is good and the voices of righteousness are accused as intolerant, evil and judgmental.

"As it was in the days of Noah", said Jesus.
Noah was a preacher of righteousness among a wicked people, He warned of the impending judgment to come upon the world of his day.
The ark was his salvation and a testimony of the coming wrath of God.
'Jesus is the ark of salvation', only those to be found hidden in Him will be saved from the fiery wrath to come.
Apostle Paul said; "The Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with His mighty angels in Flaming Fire dealing out retribution to those who do not know God and to those who do not obey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus" 2 Thes 1:7,8 Few there be who obey the Gospel and many there be who do not know God.
Apostle Peter said about Jesus: "There is Salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which We Must Be Saved" Acts 4:12 .
The 'false light of lucifer' fuels the antichrist spirit of ecumenism rendering Christ to be one among the many ways of spiritual enlightenment in favour of foreign Gods. Buddha does not set the standard neither does Mohamed or any other false prophet. ((Jesus is the only Way)). For the many that realisation will be too late on Judgment Day..... john B
